The Karnage Welder is a self-contained, battery-operated trail welder designed to go wherever you go. It runs on a 24V internal battery system and delivers 10–15 minutes of welding time per charge, enough to lay down roughly 36"–60" of weld bead, depending on material thickness, wire size, and weld distance.
Output ranges from approximately 100–125 amps using .030 wire, and up to 150 amps with .035 wire. The wire feed speed is adjustable; voltage is fixed for simplicity and reliability.
The unit accommodates standard 1 lb. or 2 lb. spools of flux-core wire (no gas setup required).

Karnage Portable Welder
The Karnage Welder is a self-contained, battery powered portable flux core wire feed welder. Some times referred to as a trail welder. You can weld with .030 and .035 flux core wire. You will typically get about 10-15 minutes of trigger time, approximately a 60 inch bead, depending on wire speed and other factors.

Included is a NOCO Genius5 5A 120/240V smart charger with the X-Connect male cigarette lighter plug. This charger will properly charge your internal AGM batteries and helps maintain your welder’s batteries after each use.
